Take one overview and one close-up for each affected area.
Note the room, capture date and a short description.
Keep original photo files.
Photograph only from a safe, accessible position.
Identify concealed or unsafe areas for the assessor.

4. INSURANCE-RELATED WORK
Claim / instruction reference and appointing handler, if available
Relevant assessment / repair instructions
Existing quotations, scope revisions and written approvals
The insurer or authorised decision-maker determines policy cover.

5. PLANNED PROJECTS
What you want to build, change or repair
Intended timing and budget context
Existing drawings and property records
Site access and operating / occupation constraints
