OUR EXPERTISE / DURBAN, KZN

Plumbing, electrical & building maintenance.

From a leaking pipe to coordinated building repairs, start with a clear description of what your property needs. We review the information, clarify the scope and agree an assessment or quotation before attendance.

Plumbing & geysers

Water leaks, pipe repairs, geyser replacement and accessible fault diagnosis. Describe where the problem is, what you can see and whether the water supply has been affected.

Specialist leak investigations, parts, materials and remedial work are scoped and quoted separately where required.

Electrical maintenance

Fault-finding, repairs and installations suited to the property and the appointed practitioner's qualifications and authorisation.

Compliance testing and certificates require an agreed scope and an appropriately authorised practitioner. They are not automatically included in a maintenance enquiry.

Building repairs & finishes

Roofing, waterproofing, ceilings, painting, doors, carpentry and minor reinstatement. Photographs, previous repair records and access details help us understand the work before proposing the next step.

For businesses, landlords & body corporates

Coordinate maintenance across premises, rental properties or agreed common-property assets. Tell us who can approve the work, the operating or access constraints and the priorities to address.

The quotation identifies the accepted assets, responsibilities, reporting requirements and any separately scoped specialist work. Private-unit work is separate from common-property work unless expressly agreed.

One repair, or planned upkeep?

A one-off quotation can be the right option for an occasional repair. For recurring needs, explore Property Care and discuss a condition assessment, maintenance priorities and a tailored schedule.

Property Care enquiries are open; online subscriptions and debit-order billing are not available yet.

What happens next?

  1. Share the suburb, problem, timing and photographs where safe to obtain.
  2. We review the information and clarify access and scope.
  3. Agree the assessment fee and deliverable, or review a scoped quotation.
  4. Approve the work in writing before delivery begins.
  5. Receive the agreed completion records and handover.

Parts, materials, specialist work, access equipment and additional labour are itemised in the quotation where applicable. We seek approval for changes before additional spending.

An enquiry does not confirm a price, booking or emergency attendance. For an urgent property issue, call the team to discuss availability. Do not approach unsafe electrical equipment or enter unsafe areas to obtain photographs.
